ORDERING POLICIES AND INFORMATION
Orders over $100 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Orders $100 and under must be paid in FULL and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the nature of our products, WE DO NOT accept returns or process refunds.
CANCELLATIONS must be made no later than 48 hours after placing your order. If cancelled after 48 hours of placing your order a credit for balance paid may be used towards another order within 6 months.
Changes to orders must be made 1 week in advance. Extra charges may apply.
PL Cake Decorating reserve the right to make any last minute adjustments to cake as needed.
Please have the following details ready when ready to order:
-date of your event
-type of occasion
-number of servings being requested
-idea or cake design in mind
-cake flavour choice(s)
Orders are ONLY CONFIRMED with a paid deposit.
PL Cake Decorating is not responsible for any cake damage after the pick-up.
We can delivry upon request for extra charge ( $3.50 per Km).
